Dedicated Sustainability Governance

Ingenico launched its Sustainability Committee to oversee its sustainability commitments and align with the company's mission and overall strategy. The Committee, chaired by the CEO, serves as a key governance body, engaging regularly with the sustainability team and supervisory board to drive globally recognised good business practices.

A New & Evolved Sustainability Strategy

In 2024, we conducted a Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) in line with the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group guidelines and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards. We relied on consultation with internal and external stakeholders to identify the sustainability topics most critical to Ingenico.

Through deliberation with stakeholders and the results from the DMA, we created IMPACT 2027 – the new sustainability strategy designed to generate long-term value for all stakeholders while addressing global challenges focusing on the security of our services, the limited environmental footprint of our solutions and the well-being of our teams.
